Our client base consists of architects, developers, builders, owner builders, home owners, construction companies and anyone else needing structural & civil engineering services.
Solution Structural & Civil Engineers is Registered Professional Engineer across Australia and also the Class 2 Design Practitioner in NSW and VIC.
All of our engineers hold minimum Bachelor degree of Structural/Civil Engineering, majority of engineers hold Masters degree of Structural/Civil Engineering. All engineers have Engineers Australia Memberships and lead engineers are Chartered Professional Engineers.
With strong technical and practical skills, our entire engineering team is highly proficient in managing structural projects of all scales — from small house extensions and luxury new residences to multi-storey/duplex/townhouse developments and commercial high-rise buildings. Our structural expertise also includes condition assessments, remedial options, as well as dilapidation surveys. To support project constructions, some team members are specialised in temporary structural works — excavation shoring, propping and formwork.
We also offer wide range of civil engineering services including stormwater drainage system (particularly On-Site Detention OSD and Water Sensitive Urban Design WSUD), erosion control, road works, pavement design, access, footpaths and car park design and earth retaining structures.

With over 15 years of extensive experience in designing, analysing and managing structural and civil systems for a wide range of projects, including residential and commercial developments, government infrastructures, industrial warehouse units. He is dedicated to work beyond clients’ expectations by overseeing all aspects of structural and civil design processes to ensure each project adheres to the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while staying within clients’ budget and timeline.
Jim also takes pride in mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative team environment. With a passion for innovative, sustainable engineering, he’s committed to delivering high-quality outcomes that stand the test of time.
